The present disclosure relates to an exosome composition comprising a population of enriched exosomes of fungus containing Ganoderma immunomodulatory protein, a recombinant thereof or a fragment thereof, or a mixture derived from the population of enriched exosomes. The present disclosure also relates to a method for treating and/or preventing an oxidative stress related disease in a subject in need thereof, a method for treating and/or preventing inflammation in a subject, and a method for treating and/or preventing a neurological disorder in a subject。
